So help me GOD. The mere fact CHED is a member of the Philippine National AIDS Council (PNAC) since 1998. The councilis a national body that would address prevention and control of HIV and AIDS in the Philippines including stigma and discrimination. To end this note, i will bring this issues to the council for further discussion hopefully not emabarasssed the CHED and its representative I was just astonished with thier institutional reaction from ignorance.
